Many people are conditioned to work in a hierarchy.

like cells in our body: each autonomous, yet all connected
Like our body cells, all people are part of the same organism.
When people work in this organic way, more comes out than foreseen.
- this is the principle of creation: bringing out the unknown

An example of Synergy is found in the work of Bill Dunster, architect.
He designed a method for design of housing, which requires no energy. This has led to a House Kit: people can build their own house - with the help of some friends.
In making the kit many people worked together: woodwork, metal fixtures, apppliances which already existed could be redesigned to form parts on one integral unit, as a result they could work better, by working together.
